Here’s a nice Windows 7 theme inspired by The Windows 8 ‘Lock Screen’ via 7tutorials.
In order to install you will need to extract using a .rar extracter (it’s a zip file). I recommend WinRar (you can install the evaluation copy)…

After downloading highlight all of the files and extract to your desktop. Then simply click on the desktop icon and it install to the Personalize (theme) folder…
That’s it – Windows 7 does the rest! And, of course, you can control the length of time each pic appears and what, if any, screen saver you would like.
