Another Outlook (2007) tip
If you receive a lot of email messages throughout the day (or night, as the case may be) you can easily color code messages to help you prioritize and organize in Outlook.
![]()
* Highlight a message that you would like to colorize (just highlight it – you don’t have to open it)
* Click on Tools and select Organize
* A screen will open above your inbox; select Using Colors; select from from the drop-down menu
* Now choose which color you would like to use for that sender
* Click Apply Color and that’s it
In addition, you can choose which color to use when you are the only recipient. To close the Organize plane just click the X in the upper right corner.

Hej. Very informative contribution. Thanks. It sounds interesting. In my occupation, I am intercommunicating mainly with email. I prefer to use Outlook as my e-mail client and with the help of Email Sorter Wizard, an Outlook add-on, I organize all my e-mail fast and with ease. You made a good point.
