If you’ve ever lived in an apartment you probably had neighbors that do certain things you’d rather not know about – or hear – or see… So, here’s a few tips to make apartment living more tolerable.
Tip number one: Fix that sqeaky bed!
Important: Use a spritz of WD40 as a lubricant to take the squeak out of hinges and metal springs. If you don’t have any WD40, you can achieve the same effect with a few drops of vegetable oil. -If you don’t have a lubricant for those squeaky springs please move your business to the floor…
Tip number two: Don’t hog the parking.
Important: If you have guests, ask them to park in set areas to avoid problems. And, don’t double park or park crooked so others can’t find a space. -Parking that way may cause unexplained scratches to appear on your automobile…
And the last tip: Laundry-room etiquette.
Important:
Be Prompt. Keep track of the wash time and return promptly to transfer your wet clothes to a dryer. Keep track of the dry time and return promptly retrieve your clothes when they have finished drying. -Funny how clothes left in the washing machine end up …

LOL! There was one time the neighbors above me were going at it and it was so bad, I yelled out as loud as I could , “She’s Faking It!!”
It was quiet for the rest of the evening.
The laundry thing is bad here too. Some people will take hours to move their shit for a 30 minute washer. And if you move it, they get all uptight.
Some people have no respect.
Funny, but ouch–I feel sorry for you and I remember those days.
once had a neighbor lady who lived above me in an apartment that would regularly clip her long hair dog and then sweep the fur off her balcony–where it obviously fell all over my balcony and made an awful mess.
Since I was on probation as a police officer and trying to stay as far from confrontation as possible (they can fire you for anything), I just cleaned it up. Fortunately, she moved out and I was happy the new couple just had a squeaky bed.
