A tea-party is scheduled for July fourth at Louisville’s Jefferson Square.
The goup (sic) Louisville Grassroots Tea Party is holding a tea party on Saturday from 11-2 at Jefferson Square. The goal is to protest government spending, including the recent bailouts. The event will include local speakers from both political parties and an information fair. More than 1,500 people are expected to attend.
Saturday’s tea party is part of a nationwide protest. The coalition held its first national tea party in April with more than a million Americans participating.
I’ll be there.
